An interesting aspect of the Inkariy Museum is its 360-degree approach. The musicographie proposal proposes an exhibition tour throughout 5000 years of history through images, ceramic replicas, infographics, models and dioramas distributed in nine rooms related to the ancestral cultures of Caral, Chavin, Paracas, Moche, Nasca, Wari, Lambayeque, Chimu and Inca. 5 6

The idea of the museum arose in 2002 as an initiative of the Mérida family - children and grandchildren of the artist Edilberto Mérida - with the aim of highlighting the history of the main original cultures of Peru.
